Project Manager 

Our client is a regional main contractor delivering building and energy projects across the UK. They have a strong track record in both building construction and MEP delivery, with a growing portfolio of industrial and commercial developments.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a standalone energy centre project. This is a site-based, client-facing role, managing a technically complex installation within a small warehouse-type building. The project involves high-value mechanical and electrical equipment, including industrial-grade ground source heat pumps, and is supported by a specialist MEP subcontractor.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
•    Full responsibility for day-to-day project delivery, including site management and client liaison
•    Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to budget
•    Act as the main point of contact for the client and consultant team
•    Monitor project progress and raise any issues, risks, or programme adjustments as required
•    Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and site regulations
•    Liaise with internal teams to manage reporting, invoicing, and project close-out
•    Maintain accurate project records and documentation
